The meeting will start at 9:30 a.m. and take place using Zoom video-conferencing software.

It is advisable to use either an Ipad or a PC to participate in the meeting. Mobile devices do work, but you may find the battery life of your mobile phone drains rapidly.

It is also useful to ensure that you adjust the audio settings on your device. You may also find a pair of headphone will help with audio quality.
