Executive Director: James Noble Rogers

James Rogers took on the role of Executive Director to UCET in January 2005. James brings with him a wealth of experience in the field of Education, having worked both at the DfES and the TDA in policy-oriented posts. He joined UCET after a number of years with the Royal National Institute of the Blind where he was involved in the ‘most radical re-positioning of the RNIB for 20 years’ according to Radio 4. James has an MA in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham and a BA Hons in the Humanities from Hatfield Polytechnic. Recently he was awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Voluntary Sector Management (with distinction) from City University.
